At Pull Caffé Wood Fired Baking, 

we use a traditional wood oven to produce artisan sourdough bread from 100% natural wild yeast slow fermented!

At Pull Caffé wood fired bakery we wanted to not only celebrate traditional methods of bread making using an authentic Austrian stone flour mill but create a unique fresh ground flavor that preserves the delicate nutrients lost in standard commercial flour production.
